Pigeon Proofing Limited Warranty

Every pigeon proofing installation by California Glass and Solar includes a 10-year limited warranty on the installed bird-proofing mesh system. The warranty is included in the price of your installation — there is no separate charge for it, and no charge for the annual inspections described below.

What it covers. If the mesh system we installed fails because of its materials or our workmanship — including the system staying attached and closed, and pigeons getting through it — we repair the affected section at no charge, parts and labor, for 10 years from the installation date.

Free annual inspections. The warranty includes one inspection of the system by us each year, at no charge and with no purchase required, so we can photograph its condition and fix any covered problem on the spot. Cleaning is a separate, optional service.

What it does not cover. Damage or disturbance caused by anyone other than us (including other companies servicing the solar system), pets and animals other than pigeons, falling objects, lightning, and declared disasters. If another company will service your solar system, call us first — we will tell you how to protect your coverage.

Transfer. The warranty transfers once, free, to a buyer of your home who notifies us in writing within 30 days of the sale. If our company is ever sold or changes name or ownership, the warranty continues for its full term.
